A wheel with five Y-shaped spokes.

10-Spoke (10SP)

A wheel with 10 spokes.

5 Dot

A wheel with 5 holes.

5-Spoke (5SP)

A wheel with 5 spokes.

8-Spoke Deep Dish

A wheel with an inner ring and 8 small open hole spokes.

AeroDisc

A wheel with a double-ringed rim. The thicker inner ring has a notch.

BAJA5

A 5 spoke wheel with starfish-like spokes.

Bling 6-Spoke

A 6 spoke wheel that features a large rim and narrow tires.

Co-Molded 5-Spoke (CM5)

A 5-spoke wheel. Co-injection molding can create a part from two different materials in one process.

Co-Molded 6-Spoke (CM6)

A 6-spoke wheel. Co-injection molding can produce a part with two different colors in one process.

Lace (LW)

A wheel with 10 “Y” spokes giving it a lacy pattern.

Low Production Symbol

The low production symbol has been found on regular Treasure Hunts since 2013. It can sometimes be found on the card, behind the vehicle, with a message like “This symbol lets you know that this vehicle is hard to find and highly collectible.”

Metalflake

Paint with small metal flakes that reflect light giving a sparkling effect .

Micro 5-Spoke

A very small wheel with 5 spokes.

Micro Gear

A small wheel with a gear inside of a circle.

Motorcycle 3-Spoke (MC3)

A 3-spoke wheel used on motorcycles.

Motorcycle 5-Spoke (MC5)

A 5-spoke wheel used on motorcycles.

Muscle Car 5-Spoke (MC5)

A wheel with 5 spokes that widen as they near the tire.

Off-Road 5-Spoke (OR5SP)

A wheel with 5 spokes and off road tires.

Off-Road 6-Spoke (OR6SP)

A wheel with 6 spokes and off road tires.

Off-Road Beadlock

An off-road tire with a 6-point star-shaped pattern.

Open-Hole 5-Spoke (OH5)

A wheel with open holes between its 5 spokes. It can be found with a variety of different spoke and rim colors.

Orange Line

A wheel with an orange stripe on the tire.

PR5

A 5-pointed double spoke wheel named after its designer Phil Riehlman.

Pro-Circuit 6-Spoke (PC6)

A wheel with 6 spokes that was introduced in the 1992 Pro Circuit series.

RA6

A wheel with 6 inward-pointing pointy spokes. “RA” is short for Ryu Asada, the wheel’s designer.

Real Rider

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire. There are a variety of different rims and tires.

Real Rider 10-Spoke

A wheel with 10 spokes and a rubber tire.

Real Rider 4-Spoke

A wheel with 4 spokes and a rubber tire.

Real Rider 5-Spoke Mag-Style

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire around a rim with 5 spokes. A “mag wheel” is a die-cast wheel that was originally used for racing but became popular for its lighter weight, size, and appearance.

Real Rider 5-Spoke Modern

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire around a rim with 5 spokes. A round divot, near the center of the rim, is on each spoke.

Real Rider 6-Spoke Mag

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire around a rim with 6 wide spokes and mag-like features.

Real Rider Aero

A wheel with an inner cone surrounded by many small spokes.

Real Rider Bling

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire around a rim with a “spinner” appearance. A “spinner” is a type of hubcap that spins independently of the wheel.

Real Rider Deep Dish

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire around a solid indented chrome rim.

Real Rider Exotic

A 5-spoke star-shaped wheel with a rubber tire.

Real Rider Lake Disc

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire around a chrome disc.

Real Rider Mag

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire around a rim with 3 indents and 5 spokes.

Real Rider Preferred Series

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire around a pentagon shaped rim with 5 spokes.

Real Rider Steelie

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire around a chrome rim with indents.

Real Rider Turbine

A 2-piece wheel with a rubber tire around a rim with a turbine appearance.

Red Line

A wheel with a red stripe on the tire.

Redline

A Redline is a car that was made between 1968 and 1977. Almost all early Hot Wheels had a red line on the tires which is where they get their name.

Retro Slot

A wheel with 5 wide spokes and open holes.

Saw Blade (SB)

A wheel with a pattern like the teeth on a circular saw.

Skinny Wheel (SK5)

A narrow wheel around a disc with 5 small holes.

Spectraflame

A translucent lacquer that creates a metallic appearance.

Trapezoid 5-Spoke (TRAP5)

A 5-spoke wheel with open trapezoid shaped holes lined with chrome. May also be referred to as Faster Than Ever 2 (FTE2) wheels.

Turbo Wheel (TW)

A wheel around a solid disc with a swirl.

White Line

A wheel with a white stripe on the tire.

White Wall

A wheel with a thick white stripe around the tire.
